Beauty Professionals: Hairdressers, Nail Technicians, and Beauticians. (5000 Positions)

We are looking for skilled and trusted Beauty Professionals: Hairdressers, Nail Technicians, and Beauticians to provide high-end hair, nail, and skin care services directly at our clients' doorsteps or offices.

This project supports unemployed beauty professionals through mobile service delivery and a centralized digital platform in alignment with the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA). 

Project Overview and Objectives

• Core Aim: Equip unemployed youth and women in the beauty sector with mobile toolkits and a digital booking application.
• BETA Alignment: Directly targets the Micro and Small Enterprises (MSE) economy and the digital superhighway pillar by formalizing informal trades.
• Target Reach: Train and onboard an initial cohort of 5000 local beauty professionals per sub-county.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations safely and on time. 
• Travel to client homes or offices to provide professional salon and spa care.
• Do hair styling, braiding, plaiting, and treatments. 
• Provide manicure, pedicure, and nail art services.
• Handle basic facial skincare and make up applications. 
• Maintain high standards of hygiene with portable equipment.
