Job Description

Our established Doorstep Salon Services arm is a tech-enabled, on-demand beauty and wellness platform. We connect premium, certified stylists directly to corporate clients and residential consumers. We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to scale this business unit to its next phase of growth. Your primary mandate is to optimize daily operations, improve technology adoption for scheduling and quality control, expand market share, and ensure the delivery of five-star services directly to clients' doorsteps.

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to scale this business unit to its next phase of growth. Your primary mandate is to optimize daily operations, improve technology adoption for scheduling and quality control, expand market share, and ensure the delivery of five-star services directly to clients' doorsteps.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Define and execute the 3-year growth strategy for the doorstep salon arm.
- Identify and secure B2B corporate partnerships, wellness packages, and event activations.
- Oversee the marketing budget to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Streamline the logistics, scheduling, and dispatch workflow through our proprietary app platform.
- Implement rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks for hygiene, product kits, and customer service.
- Manage the supply chain for premium salon products used by the mobile workforce.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of mobile beauty therapists and stylists.
- Maintain high retention rates among service providers through competitive compensation and community-building.
- Ensure legal compliance regarding independent contractor frameworks and licensing.
- Hold full P&L accountability for the doorstep salon services arm.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and gross margins.
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports to the TAK executive board.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years leading a business unit or operations in an on-demand service app, hospitality, or premium beauty industry.
- Track Record: Proven experience managing mobile workforces, gig-economy platforms, or large-scale retail salon chains.
- Tech Savviness: Strong familiarity with CRM software, dispatch algorithms, and data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to treat the business unit as a high-growth startup within an established association.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for luxury, beauty, and delivering flawless customer experiences.
- People Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage both corporate stakeholders and freelance stylists.
- Problem Solver: Calm under pressure with the ability to resolve real-time logistical challenges.
