JOB VACANCY: MOBILE PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIANS TRAINER

TECHNOPOLIS ASSOCIATION OF KENYA is looking for sincere and hardworking mobile repairing technicians to work as a trainer for mobile repairing course conducted at the local constituency hubs and via our virtual learning platform. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate with excellent knowledge in both hardware and software modules of mobile phone repair.  We need a technician who has the ability to conduct the training with highest standards.  The trainer should be able to teach mobile phone repair from basics to advanced and make them successful technicians. Both freshers and experienced technicians can apply for the jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach smartphone hardware and software repair like screen, battery, and charging port swaps.
• Teach software troubleshooting, flashing, unlocking and FRP bypass methods.
• Guide students through diagnostic tools and micro-soldering concepts.
• Test student skills and track their progress.
• Assess student assignments and provide virtual support.
• Update training materials to match new phone models.

Key Skills:

• Soldering and desoldering
• Use of multimeter
• Working on BGA ICS
• Jumpering methods
• Flashing
• Unlocking

The main responsibility of the technician will be to conduct mobile repairing course in the most professional way following the standards of Technopolis Association of Kenya. The trainer should be able to teach all the topics of the mobile repairing syllabus which includes both hardware and software repairing of smartphones.

In short, the technician should be able to repair all types of smartphones, tablets and iPhone and teach the same to students in such a way that they easily learn and get fully satisfied.

• We need a technician who is excellent in both mobile hardware and software repair.
• Sound knowledge of basics and electronics are also needed so that the technician cum trainer teaches the topics in the best way.
• He should possess knowledge of both theory and practical in hardware as well as software repairing of GSM phones.
• The mobile repairing technician cum trainer should have the ability to explain and teach students in such a way that they learn everything easily.
• He should possess the qualities of patience and calmness.
• Experienced technicians from service centers and galleries can also apply.
• With regards to skills, the ideal candidate should be a practicing technician as well as possess sound skills of teaching all types of students.
• He should be able to speak fluent English.
